My coffee versus your coffee

Basic baw: Buys canned ground coffee from big box store or pods for keurig after they were sitting on the shelf for 3 months. “Sometimes I spring for Folgers Premium Roast! Derrr”
Me: Buys whole bean coffee from local micro roaster that was just roasted in the last few days.
Basic baw: Brews with plastic drip coffee maker from china. “It makes coffee doesn’t it?”
Me: Brews with pour over method using glass chemex, or makes a latte with freshly foamed milk.
Basic baw: Buys second cup of coffee from gas station. “It’s only 98 cents!”
Me: Never buys coffee from gas station or chain.

I couldn’t tell you the exact grams or temp off the top of my head. I have a system worked out with my equipment. I know which line I fill to in my grinder and my kettle tells me when it reaches optimal brewing temp.
