So in the OP's world the pedo would disobey the law that says you can't molest children but would obey the rule that no men are allowed into the bathroom?

You need to educate yourself on what it means to be transgendered. You don't have to crossdress to be a transgender. In fact, crossdressing doesn't make you transgendered. There are men out there who identify as men, have heterosexual relationships, and crossdress.
Being transgendered means, IN YOUR MIND, that your sexual identity doesn't correspond to your biological sex. It has nothing to do with the clothes you wear or your sexual orientation.
I can identify as a woman and still dress as a man and I am transgendered.

I was responding to this Mizzou idiot who said that a man entering a women's' bathroom would naturally raise concerns and laid out a scenario in which a man enters a women's bathroom and wouldn't naturally raise concerns to a reasonable woman.

My post was made in response to the notion that it was always alarming for a man to enter a female restroom and I created a scenario in which a man entered into a women's bathroom that wouldn't create alarm with most reasonable females. The post was completely silent on respecting the transgendered and a transgendered' dressing choices.

Most normal people would be alarmed at the sight of a strange man bypassing a men's restroom to go into the woman's restroom occupied by their daughter.
That some women in some situations wouldn't be alarmed by it is not relevant.
Any male who would want to use the women's restroom when they could easily use the men's restroom is a man you don't want in the restroom with any woman you care about.
