Police are investigating. Generally they withhold video unto they no longer need it kept from public.

I was at Cajun King buffet on Bayou and Broad and counted 24 cameras on the monitors.
No one is stealing$6 food from there. I told the Chinese lady she should be in charge of the citys crime camera system.

The Thornton Police Department said on Twitter that Scott Ostrem, 47, had been taken into custody. It did not immediately give details.

He has been captured. Apparently, SWAT had his apartment surrounded and was waiting for him. He drove by, wearing the same clothes from the night before, and was spotted by officers. Short pursuit ensued and he surrendered.
Wondering if this was premeditated or a case of some serious drug induced fantasies. Regardless, hang the fricker.
