The Police are saying the shooter is a white guy and it was a random shooting. How they know it is a random shooting I don't know..they didn't say.

What exactly are you getting at, what is your point? Is that you think the government is behind all of these shootings? To what end, for what purpose I ask....to push to take guns? If the government wanted to and was smart enough to do such a thing, they would also be smart enough to realize that after the umpteenth time the American people aren't going to budge on the second amendment.
