How is your mom doing?

She’s good man; she finally got to go back home Sunday. Fever is gone, cough is going away rapidly. All in all she said it was more of an annoyance than anything.

Obviously, we wish this was all under better circumstances. We buried my grandfather next to my grandmother Monday, that was a tough one. My family is pretty big so having all her sons in town helped ease her pain a bit. There’s four of us, plus my dad makes five so she got treated like a queen.

Thank you for asking.

Seems a little much for two shooters

Well, mayebe, just maybe they're trying to get there to get the perimeter set up. You know, so they can try to catch the second frickwad.

Why does the media state "multiple" officers shot instead of "two officers shot" ? I understand that it's factual but it's still misleading.

You think they send 30 cop cars screaming at once if my house gets broken into and I get shot?

Probably because in the initial chaos, exact info is limited.

Typically I do see a large number of police vehicles anytime any person gets shot. Especially if the reason for the shootings is unknown. Call could come in as shots fired, person down. Police don't know if that is a mad wife shooting her husband or a nut job shooting up a school.

because that's the same as two fellow officers being shot while on duty

and I'm not saying that's right but it's the way it is

No, not captured.

Perp in custody is a virtual nobody. Not much history at all.

No doubt. It's a modern day Pleasantville

Actually there was a song by the Monkees called Pleasant Valley Sunday released in 1967 that described living in suburban utopia.
