The closest I have seen to “justifying” it is one poster asking whether multicultural societies have an endgame like this. Just utter tribalism and hatred run amok. Considering some of the most famous sociological studies done on the matter do indeed show multicultural societies very low on social trust and social cohesion measurements, I’d say it isn’t exactly a terrible take.

Multicultural in general no.
However I’m not sure Christianity and Islam can exist in the same society. It never has worked over history.
