Pulling Morning Joe off the air is an admission that it’s a toxic cesspool.
Please tell me the cable news outlet that is not??

They don't give a shot about "innapropriate comments" or what effect it may have on their network. They are just doing their part not to shape the election by not alienating independent or undecided voters.

It’s not the first time MSNBC has made such programming decisions in charged political moments.
Last year after Hamas executed its deadly October 8 attack on Israel, MSNBC quietly pulled three of its Muslim broadcasters from air.
And that was done to avoid alienating Jewish mega-donors.
MSNBC is OK with the 1st Amendment right up to the point that it has consequences for their preferred candidates.

The part about that is prob close to true.
CNN has fallen so far that fox and msnbc beat them.
But after trump shooting more people are tuning into fox.

If you watch MSNBC, then there is little hope that you will be a productive member of society.

Tucker Carlson said that he heard on good authority that the order to pull the show came from the top of Comcast. This went beyond just the network.

I’ll bet a few phone calls from corporate sponsors expressing their “concern” also played a role in their decision making.
