Given the staggering number of cases where children later recanted their testimony about their rape or abuse his sentence is adequate for the situation.

Wasn't just the one girl. An adult woman who he raped when she was teen also testified against him.
His daughter went on Dr. Phil and said he tried it on her one time when she was young, but he was drunk and he didn't go through with it.

PS: Not doubting your account of what she said on the unwatchable "Dr" Phil Show, doubting her account. He probably "tried" some more and she didn't want to say it.
