My buddy moved from New Orleans to Denver a couple years ago, he’s much happier there.

That’s going to be a culture shock! I don’t know the demographic of Colorado, but it’s mostly white.

I live in Telluride, CO and I haven’t missed home for anything since I left. Look I’m always going to be Louisiana born and bred but it’s for the most part one big shithole now. You couldn’t pay me to live in New Orleans with all those savages.

Meh. It’s kind of kitschy and overrated. People who love it, generally, haven’t traveled too much.

I could fly round trip weekly to Denver stay in a cheap motel and still have my suburban house and come out better. 200k for house in decent neighborhood would cost me 750k in Denver. Round trip tiects to Denver are 150-250 depending on what day you depart and arrive. shite we paid 35 bucks each October 2020

I don't know anything about Denver but I know a few people that live in that area and none live in Denver. They live in one of the communities in the area.

Colorado is hostile to the 2nd Amendment.

That's a no go for me.

You can find a nice house for $400k down there.

If you’ve got kids, check the school district.

But we really like the Springs. It’s big enough but has small town feel. And it’s right on the mountains.

But at least that new Superintendent got a $300K/year salary! She deserves it!

Well my daughter has a house that is about 915 sq ft in a good neighborhood in the city (zip code 80220) and Zillow has it valued at $575,500, if Zillow is to be trusted.

Welcome...
Denver is a great city, despite the legalized left handed smoke, and resulting homeless population.
Please please, avoid Aurora!!!
Otherwise, I'm going to be worried sick about you and your family.
