If you opened this thread thinking this was about Joe Biden's new juice box line, I'm sorry to disappoint.

Urban South Brewery Collaborates with New Orleans Native Rapper, Juvenile, To Launch New Hard Iced Tea & Lemonade Beverage: Juvie Juice

Urban South Brewery, the largest craft brewery in New Orleans and one of the leading breweries in the South, announces the launch of a collaboration with rapper Juvenile to create a delicious new beverage: Juvie Juice, a hard version of a half lemonade, half iced tea.
New Orleans native, Terius Gray, better known as Juvenile, worked closely with the brewing team to develop Juvie Juice.
quote:
“We are really excited about our collaboration with Juvenile. Juvie Juice is inspired by his favorite drink, an Arnold Palmer,” ( ) said Jacob Landry, Founder and President of Urban South Brewery. “This is also the brewery’s first time releasing a hard iced tea, and we are excited about how the formula turned out!”
“Juvie Juice came out so good that everyone is gonna want it in their life!!” said Juvenile. “Urban South did their thing and it’s extra special for me because the brewery is a few blocks from where I grew up on Market Street. It’s gonna be a hot summer so get yourself a cold Juvie Juice and drink responsibly because too many Juvie Juices will have you moving in Slow Motion!”

Juvie Juice is 5% ABV, available in 12 oz and 19.2 oz cans. It’s now available at Urban South’s taproom, online for pick up at the taproom, and in restaurants and grocery stores across New Orleans. Fans can also sip this sweet collab on Juvie Tuesdays, a weekly event hosted by Juvenile at a local club in New Orleans.

I mean, if "inspired" means "blatantly copied and added spirits"
It's just a hard Arnold Palmer

Arnie's probably turning over in his tee box

I don't care for hard tea.
But I do like Urban South.

I kind of like an occasional vodka Peach tea in the summer time

I don't like the canned stuff, but a well proportioned John Daly is a great drink outside in the heat.
ETA: I take that back - the half&half Twisted Teas are pretty damn good.

I always chuckel when I read stuff like this. I picture Juvenile in a wihte labcoat and a clipboard ever so carefully refining the ratios of the forumla in the vat so get it JUST right.

There is already a hard Arnold Palmer on every golf course. Add vodka and it is not a "John Daly" and add tequila and it is a "Juan Daly". John Daly really missed out on this one!

I'd rather drink Alpa Chino's Booty Sweat.

Is there any sort of infringement going on here?
I mean if some company takes vodka and orange juice and calls it a Cardi B...are we supposed to pretend screwdrivers don't exist?

I found out about this because they were being served at an event for the Louisiana legislature. I don't know why, but I found that slightly amusing.
Something I forgot to add to OP, is this is just great marketing. It's a local pub doing business with a nationally known, locally loved celebrity. I doubt it'll be on their permanent roster, but a fun little drink for crawfish boils and summertime doesn't hurt.

So now, if someone made a competing hard ice tea and lemonade drink, Juvie juice couldn't claim they were being copied?
