Because we are trying to combat inflation. And maybe going in a little too hard, too fast.

It means your IRA is about to rank and then be raised by the government because they can’t stand people having large sums in savings*

Except for themselves of course.

Remember, we are not in a recession. It doesn’t matter that we have the 3rd quarter in a row of negative growth.

Brandon and his press secretary told me on tv that we are NOT in a recession and that is NOT what the definition of a recession is.

Every country is massively over leveraged with debt. It’s a huge global Ponzi scheme that is about to come crashing down. I’m not sure the slight differences in currency value matter much at this point.

I’ve often wondered this, if everyone is in debt, who are we in debt too?

the key is that everyone's debt is forced to be in USD greenbacks

this means everyone is rushing to get their hands on USD, keeping it propped up versus everything else

funny how we always seem to go to war with countries that don't accept the USD as their reserve currency..

The government saves no money, ever. In most cases, it policy you have to spend it if it's appropriated to you.

There's going to be a metric shite ton of dumbass in this thread

You may now have come to the realization that fiat currencies are just a derivative of the US dollar and heavily subject to the monetary policy of the Fed.

This Russia/Ukraine thing is hurting Europe and other countries far more than us.

Stay strong though, friends! More sanctions!
