Most Consecutive Nights You Have Gone Without Sleep?

Last night I could not fall asleep for some reason. Every once in awhile I will go through a period where I have trouble sleeping and when I do its always a similar pattern, I will go two night without sleeping then the day after that second night I can really feel it mentally and physically. I will usually sleep on the third night. Sometimes its just one series, sometimes it can be two or three, but I think the longest I have gone with 0 sleep at all is two consecutive nights.
I have gone maybe three or four consecutive nights with limited amount of sleep, but can anyone go without sleep more than 3 consecutive nights and still function with accuracy?

Plenty of shift workers and nurses go weeks without sleeping at night

96 hours, and negative on the accuracy

But they are able to get some sleep. I don't think the body could function that long without sleep.

months on end. Maybe combined two hours total in a night, but patched together over course of 7-9 hours.

Like the longest I've stayed awake?
78 hours straight or something like that.
As far as nights? I've worked multiple months of straight nights. Dogs are hell on you. Your head gets weird.

Is there a certain point when its a good idea to go see a doctor? In your case, was it something you were concerned about?

There's about to be a frick ton of liars up in here
ETA: I'm answering in the spirit of the question which should be "how many hours/days have you gone without sleep"

3 nights. Military, not by choice.
I feel it's impossible to do without necessity (or drugs)

Those two nights I stayed at your moms house.
You set yourself up for that one.

She told me you fell asleep when you got tired of trying to get it up.

@ 30 hours, but no more than that, and it was less than a handful of times.

96 hours.
Ability to function accurately and think clearly is greatly diminished after 48 hours.
After 72 hours, I had issues with memory...akin to a drunk blacking out.

About the most I've gone with literally not a minute of sleep is about 40 hours (military) - and I did this on probably 6 to 8 occasions. On a couple of occasions, I've gone 96 to 120 hours on what I would consider only minimal sleep - 4 to 6 hours, total, and no more than 1 or 2 hours at a time, typically 15 to 30 minute catnaps while riding in vehicles or monitoring radio traffic.
And that does feel worse than I imagine death to be.

Two. A couple of times.
Once in college, and once on active duty in the USAF.
Would rather there never be a third occurrence. I love my sleep
I don't think I could even pull an all-nighter these days if I wanted to.

went two nights in college for finals, failed the second final from not being able to think from sleep deprivation. Also gave me an odd drunken feeling

I wish a doctor could help an infant with reflux frigging sleep.
It sucked but I couldn't sleep well during the day while the baby napped. Just felt unproductive and wanted to do stuff around the house.
I caught up, somewhat, on sleep after a year or so. You never really sleep GREAT once you have kids.
