Lafayette. My BIL popped his fender back in place by hand when he got home. Said he was traveling around 7-10mph

ETA: I think he actually said Opelousas, but close enough

Opelousas is in the Free State of St. Landry Parish. Along with Livingston & Orleans Parishes, it's plaintiff atty heaven when it comes to judges & doctors. EWE, in his plt atty days, made millions there.
