yea, he was already the biggest guy in country music when that happened. much bigger than Chris Stapeleton.
No
He was opening up for Jason Aldean right before it happened but Whisky Glasses had already gone to #1 or close to it so he wasn't unkown but he wasn't the most popular country artist in the country either

you're just mad he can sing "Cover me Up" better than your boyfriend Isbell ever could

I love country music but not really a fan of Luke Bryan
tbh I don't consider luke bryan, morgan wallen, or any of these people "country". it's more like twangy pop music to appeal to rural people. these people are just vessels for the nashville writers to peddle their mad lib songs to. the writers themselves don't have "the look" or stage presence so they use others to make money.

this, country has been pop or very bad pseudo-rap for quite some time

a song about recovering from alcoholism and a spouse saving him.
wallen is an unprofessional alcoholic that left his pregnant girlfriend when he was caught cheating on her. he's an awful person.

It was cell phone video one of his friends took. Kinda fricked up to keep that and have it leak out if you’re a friend.

at least jason isbell isn't backing out of shows because he's so drunk he can't stand up.

Concert prices are OOC
Just certain concerts are OOC such as Swift and Wallen.
Me and the lady are going see Jon Pardi/Randall King/Larry Fleet at Red Rocks AMpitheatere in August and 2 tickets center stage, row 20 were $600 total.

he doesn't have to worry about that
He probably couldn't sell out The Varsity much less a cfb stadium 2 nights in a row

Pretty sure a neighbor took the video because his ranting and raving woke her up.

blame it all on his roots...

why does it matter if he can sell out a CFB stadium if he doesn't actually perform at them

Posted on 4/24/23 at 11:48 am to monsterballads
Anyone got a refund yet? How are you going about getting it?
Posted on 4/24/23 at 11:49 am to Midtiger farm
If you’re a fan of Morgan Wallen after everything he’s done, you kind of deserve this. I’ve no sympathy for anyone in that stadium.

That's still expensive. To me anyway.

To me as well. We've been wanting to hit that venue up and they usually have odd concerts. This was the first thing we saw that was interesting. Pardi puts on a hell of a show. We are making a long weekend out of it in Denver and Morrison, CO.
I am 43. Concert tickets over $100 to me is insane, but we (mostly me) needed a weekend away from our 3 daughters and their insane social calendars
ETA: I believe my ticket to Voodoo Fest 2001 was less than $50 and that lineup was loaded (TOOL, BUSH, JOHN MAYER ,MISSY ELIOT, SNOOP DOG, BLACK CROWES, etc)
