Morgan City woman almost gets annihilated by debris from lightning strike

Watch the video ... it's incredible the woman was able to immediately run back inside after the huge tree splintered. The video, shot Friday, shows a nanosecond of a bright flash ... and then a deafening crack.

I was getting my trash can in after work and it hit a tree in my front yard. It sent splinters flying kind of like in that video. Fried about 2k of electronics in my house too.
