Interesting idea. I would ASSUME that they would be required to have a permit of some sort (as the government is going to get their money). A former co-worker of mine lived in the Netherlands for a few years and that is where he met his wife. Once or twice a month she would drop him off at the Brothel and she would go shopping. When he was done they would meet for lunch and then finish their shopping and go home. It needs to be legalized and regulated here just like it is in most of Europe.
