As far as ghosts, I think just calling them ghosts is too vague. I've had paranormal experiences with family members as well as some old guy that haunted our restaurant. It isn't something you can convince non-believers about unless they experience it for themselves. Extraterrestrials....it is naive to think we are the only sentient beings in the universe

It’s mathematically impossible that Earth has the only intelligent life in the universe.
Will we ever encounter aliens? Probably not given the enormous distances between, but they’re definitely out there just as we are here.

The problem with not being convinced is that those who are trying to do the convincing often describe really weird things. Not only do they see ghosts of people, they see ghosts of their clothes too and other objects. Ghosts have some magical power to change the temperature in a room or move things in ways that do not adhere to physical laws. When you start trying to convince me that you have experienced magic, please excuse me if I express only skepticism. It's only scratching the surface of what I really think.

UFO means Unidentified Flying Object. Those are not in question - a UFO might something be boring and ordinary like a weather balloon but it's real.
