One says blacks are superior and promotes hate/violence. One promotes Jesus and what he taught.

One of these is not like the other.

Not sure where you got your definition of christian conservative but if you are comparing them to farakkkan’s following you havent met a true christian conservative.

How many Christians do you know that follow the bible to a T? This board alone is filled with Catholics who lambaste their own pope. I don't dislike Christianity by any means but if there's a group in America that thinks they cannot possibly be wrong and everything has to be their way, it's the conservative Christians.

Many Christians have perverted what Jesus taught to fit their own agendas.

NOI does have some good points--they require their adherents not to drink or smoke or do drugs, and if they have children (regardless of marital status with baby mommas) they should support them and be involved in their lives.

Unfortunately that's where the good parts end.

Its amazing, but all the downvotes just prove my point. They are opposed to social welfare, the minimum wage and hiring quotas. They believe in home ownership, supporting local businesses, no debt and protecting your property. Most black Muslims are married, employed home owners with little debt. Socially they are very conservative. The hate surrounding them is obvious and where it comes from, but I don't think it is justified and most people don't care to hear their views..

I know people will give me grief, but you are 100% accurate. I am very close with a black NOI Muslim. Their values almost mirror image those of conservative Christians. They do not believe in welfare, having debt, but believe in self reliance, education, and strict family values. Much like conservative Christians, their way of life is "counter-cultural", if you will. I would rather my kids learn values from their children than half the little craphead "Christian" kids out there.

And his "family" of people who attend his church are the same way. I'm white and they come to my home for events but moreso, always offer to help when we need anything. They also never engage in political discussions because I don't think they like any political party.

I wish more people would listen to Farrakhan speak. He is a tremendous orator and has some great points. His views mirror many of the far right and are in no way part of the liberal agenda. Its strange that people fault them for being armed or protecting their communities, when that's what most Americans believe and support. Hitler was a pretty good orator as well. Do you think he had some great points?

Farrakhan isn't what most think he is. Sure he has some weird ideas but his ideology isn't aligned with the two dominant parties in the country.

I'd sure as hell rather go listen to him speak than Bernie Sanders.

Knowing Muhammad, the age of consent in his heaven is probably 7.

I'm sure he is wrong and misguided on many things. But that doesn't mean he is totally offbase. I just think if people can set aside their hate/fear and really listen to what he says, they would be shocked at how much they would agree with what he says.

The race stuff is tough. But he is an 80 something year old black guy. He came up when there was real racial strife and divide. As Chris Rock says, the most racist people you will meet are old black men, cause they saw some real racial stuff coming up. But he's softened up on that as well..

When it comes to hating people because you don't like their color, a person could sure cancer and I'd still think they are a piece of shite.

here are his top 10 craziest quotes:
10. “You are not now, nor have you ever been a citizen of America. You are a slave to white America.”

9. “America is in trouble, and I say God is about to wipe this nation from the face of the Earth. I’m not crazy, I’m not drunk, how long do you think a nation can do evil and not face the wrath of god?”

8. “Qadaffi’s a revolutionary, he’s my friend, he’s my brother. And I would never deny him because you don’t like him… I love him.”

7. “My god will wipe this country (America) from the face of the earth.”

6. “You see everybody always talk about Hitler exterminating six million Jews. That’s right. But don’t nobody ever ask what did they do to Hitler.”

5. White people are potential humans – they haven’t evolved yet.

4. On on the Jewish people: “You are wicked deceivers of the American people. You have sucked their blood.”

3. On Hezbollah: “They call them terrorists, I call them freedom fighters.”

2. “The Jews don’t like Farrakhan, so they call me Hitler. Well, that’s a good name. Hitler was a very great man.”

1. “The Mother Wheel is a heavily armed spaceship the size of a city, which will rain destruction upon white America but save those who embrace the Nation of Islam.”
