Monroe man accused of sexual battery & "humping the wall" at Pecanland Mall

According to an arrest report, 41-year-old Theodis Mack Wilson was at a business when he allegedly started "dancing, talking loud, and touching the register and computer screen behind the counter." When the victim told Wilson to leave, the victim says Wilson grabbed her by the waist and grabbed her breast.
The report also states that mall security showed police video surveillance of Wilson in the mall. In the video, police say, Wilson was laying on the floor in the middle of the mall. They say he was seen with his pants around his ankles, touching himself inappropriately through his underwear. They also say Wilson went to another store and starting "humping the wall."
Police say Wilson's alleged actions were seen by several patrons of the mall, including children.

I remember when that place was a vibrant echelon of retail and fun.
From what I hear it is a cess pool now. Haven't been there on over a decade so I don't know first hand.
