It was later revealed that the reason Conlon was not allowed into the performance was because she works as an attorney for a New Jersey-based law firm that is involved in personal injury litigation against MSG Entertainment, which owns Radio City.

I have very little problems with this.

I am not sure the juice is worth that squeeze. Are they willing to bet their future on some databases with often questionable Intel against the public backlash against businesses using this sort of hardware?

Minority report is much much closer to reality than many realize.

I was alarmed then thought about it and plaintiff attorneys deserve this.

Did she get her money back?

That would be a big deal for me, if they don't want me in there then they shouldn't want my money and should have my refund when they tell me I can't go in.

Pretty soon… facial recognition detects a Republican from Florida who gave $500 to a conservative, local City councilman.

Banned!!!

Yeah because only one party would use it. You think the democrats would use it against Republicans but the Republicans wouldn't use it against Democrats?

What?

Really, the bullshite that yall fill your heads up with is laughable.

What I am saying is that do yall really think that politicians with one letter by their name is more ethical than other politicians with a different letter by their name?

Half of the politicians are the party they are because that's what they need to be to get elected.

I just think its naïve to think that people who are a member of one party would do things that members from he other party would never do.

For someone who claims to be all poetic and deep thinking you sure do put groups of people in one box as if people in each group has all the same exact views, principles. morals, etc.

It's not that fancy. The doorbell camera tells me who is there. RCMH just put that firms roster of faces in their list, simple.

Good points. It is baffling the number of dipshits in this thread missing the gigantic horrifying point of it all. This isn't about lawyers or lawsuits. Line up and get your chip implanted for Merica, baws.

I'd also support these retailers' ability to share this data so thieves will be identified and stopped when walking in a Target if they've been caught on camera stealing from a Walmart.

Does it recognize faces behind masks? Which is now acceptable to wear everywhere.

There's literally another thread on the OT about a data breach of a private company. But, yes, I'm sure this FR software will in no way be abused, compromised or otherwise mishandled.
