Police are saying no foul play at this point, but I wouldn't expect they'd make any kind of announcement until an autopsy is completed.

So he didn’t get lost in the woods? Pass out and freeze? I saw all of the emergency vehicles on my way home from work and heard the chopper Monday night, but didn’t hear the story until Tuesday.
There were no emergency vehicles Tuesday or Wednesday evening on 22 when I passed at 5:00.
