I guess the greatest generation had a massive blind spot: how to raise quality humans. Which generation’s fault is that? The ones that fricked the GG with the war?

Too many craft beers. The move to white claw is probably a positive one.

I mean..

My maintenance calories is 1260. A Big Mac is 550. I could theoretically eat one for lunch and one for dinner and not gain any weight. (I don’t eat breakfast)

Exactly. Only a fricking idiot thinks you can't eat McDonald's everyday and not gain weight. I could eat a big Mac meal with a Coke to drink for lunch and dinner and still lose a shite ton. Most average fat arse males could easily. Hell most could squeeze an egg McMuffin in there and still lose weight.

FTR a big Mac meal with small fries and coke is only 920 calories.

That's over half of my recommended caloric intake. I'd gain ALL THE WEIGHT if I ate that twice a day + a mcmuffin

Let's cancel millennials and start over. It was a bad batch.

What if people who worked desk jobs were more fat than those who did not. Higher educated people are more likely to be in shape, and I bet desk jobs indicate higher education

Office work increases obesity. Sedentary lifestyles increase the need for exercise out the f work which appears to be a poor replacement. Also everyone used to do their own yard work and light vehicle maintenance. People were more active on a continual basis.

Your recommend caloric intake is 1100 calories? Are you a female?

Even if you meant that 920 is over half and you are a male, your recommended intake is 1800? Wtf, how small are you? And why do you move around so little? You need some greyskull lp in your life if you are a male and that small.

Well you know me plenty well IRL and are aware I DONT do that.

My point was that where you eat doesn’t matter. It’s overconsumption that matters :)

when i'm wrong, i'm wrong

although i'm not sure that disproves my hypothesis. it's not that a desk job doesn't make you fat, it's that they're probably a bit less fat than those who are in unskilled labor or the trades.

Boomer blamers are likely fat, lazy, and/or stupid.
They have to blame someone
Does the Boomer generation have its faults, sure
But so does every other generation except the Greatest Generation

~ A Millennial
Sorry, not sorry but there are just too many of you that are fricking lazy, fat, and/or stupid to believe you

Interesting. My dad has a huge sweet tooth. Eating cookies and ice cream almost nightly. Skinny as a bean pole. I mostly eat healthy and I have trouble keeping weight off.
