Its so weird, if you bring up hood rat crime among educated black people they call you racist.

When you belong to a community, you'll get judged with that community. When black folks realize they can become a human, and not just a racial identity, their world will be much better.

Well we don’t really charge 13 year olds so yes. Yes a 13 year old should face death if they kill someone or the parents need to go to jail.

There is nothing deterring a 13 year old from murder.

Yep. Many want to make it a purely race problem, but race isn't the only component here. Meth and opioids have made segments of the white population just as bad to live around as the "others."

It's a class / morals issue. A large segment of society is full of the don't give a f*** attitude. Keep yourself and your family away from these people at all costs.

Don't live near them. Don't try and help them. Stay. the. freak. away. If this segment becomes the majority where you live (New Orleans, Jackson, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, etc) pack up and leave.

Is anything being done to parents?

Even if no connection to shooting, didn’t buy them gun, or abuse the kids, 13 and 14 year olds out walking around midnight in 12 degree temps with a gun needs to be looked into. I am sure they will still end up finding other crap that spurred their deviant development.
