Does anyone know for sure it was booze? Could have been an autoimmune condition.

She's my age, that's sad. It's got to be hard to stay normal being a child/young adult star growing up in that industry. So its not shocking to hear these stories, but it makes me sad for them.

The speculation is she died from complications to a recent liver transplant.

Could be.

I was reading about someone else who died early and it was some strange thing I never heard of. So I looked up what causes it, alcohol abuse.

Def got me thinking about never drinking again so I can live past 50.

I know Kyle Korver's (an NBA player) younger brother died from being unable to get a liver transplant and it was a congenital condition.

Eta: It was organ failure from an "illness". Could be addiction related or something else.

And alcoholics have a very hard time getting liver transplants unless a family member donates

This one burns a little bit. Around my age, remember her from my childhood and except for speculation, not known to be drug or alcohol related. Not to mention really surprising.

This is not true at all. I had one at 39 too and waited a whopping four months for it from diagnosis to being on the operating table. In fact, transplant surgeons will tell you that the majority of the surgeries they do involve alcoholics.
