I have two 'favorites'. One Arm Willie is usually assigned the Terrace / Nicholson intersection. If you wave at him and he knows you, he'll wave back with both arms..
Other one is female - don't know her name. Really winning smile, shorts and an ankle brace. She often works Willie's spot on Nicholson, but seen her elsewhere too.

How is this guy still alive? I've seen him walking perfectly fine without a wheelchair. He and his friends need to get booted out and there will be an immediate change for the better for the area.

He had a buddy in a wheelchair that got hit and killed a while back. Twisty plays Frogger on College Drive pretty regularly. His arse will be in someone's grille one day.
