Early in my career, I worked in middle management for a Fortune 500. There was a hot as hell secretary who apparently was sleeping with half the single men in the office.

One day at lunch, a group of four of us went to lunch. I was sitting next to a guy and she giving him the look, and I looked down and she was rubbing her bare foot on his inner thigh. In the damn employee cafeteria.

The other person excused herself and I guess she thought I was cool and explained to my colleague what he could do to her with the spoon in his hand. It was very uncomfortable.

The same girl had gotten offended when someone she did not find desirable called her pretty. That poor man (he worked in laundry and was mildly disabled) had to go through the HR racket for complimenting her.

So you went to lunch with a "hot as hell" woman and were looking at some dudes crotch?

Not that there's anything wrong with that..........

At some point in the future we're going to have to expect adults to act like adults.

No doubt sexual harassment and sexual assault are a thing, but not every single instance of a man hitting on an uninterested woman qualifies.

Are sure “sexual harassment” against men happens all the time but most aren’t a bunch of sissy bitches who will come forward about it nor do they really give a shite

I had a drunk waitress force herself on top of me in our beer cooler at the bar I worked in.

It made the inside feel twice as warm.

Whew.. I fell so Much better now that I told someone after all these years....

When I was in school and working I had an older female boss at the engineering company I worked for. She didn't harass me, but we had a little thing going until she started to get too crazy.

Long story short, I ended up breaking it off and she became very angry with me and started looking for any reason to hold things over my head. It became a miserable work environment for me bc of how she was acting and how jealous she became. I ended up finding another job to help me through school bc of her.

It's also why I would never advocate for workplace relationships. I was young and in my head, I was thinking I'd get to be with a nice looking lady who was older than me, but mainly thought I could use it to my advantage since she ran my department. That backfired big time.

I know, csb.

At a previous job I had to report an older lady. She always came behind me at my desk and hugged on me. She went so far as to kiss my cheek toward the end.

She was in her early fifties. Not ugly. Little hard body. And unmarried me would have raw dogged her in a conference room until we both were raw.

Married me filed a complaint the second she blocked a promotion be side she "would miss me too much". ..I took a small severance package and rolled out. The person who took a promotion into my position sued. Won. She was fired. He now has a position higher than hers

If a woman sexually harasses a guy, it is her just flirting and all fun and games.

But if a male compliments a woman, it is sexual harassment. That is why I go the contrarian route and call them all smelly bitches (only the ugly or fat ones of course).

I had a coworker coming in to me pretty openly at work. Didn’t think of it as sexual harassment at the time but technically it was. She was good looking. But even if not I wouldn’t have considered it harassment. Guess that’s the difference between men and women.

I actually had a female co-worker apologize to me today for sexually harassing me at work in the past. She said she realized after reading all the recent news articles about the celebrities getting in trouble for it that she had done it to me, but that she didn't mean anything by it. She definitely sexually harassed me but I was never offended by it because she's just old, has no authority over me, and I thought it was funny. I do believe she meant everything she said though. Funny thing is that she made her comments openly where other female co-workers definitely heard her and they all thought it was funny. I couldn't help but think that if me or another male co-worker would do that to one of them how different their reactions would be. They probably wouldn't be laughing about it.

I was harassed last night at work. The BJ in the conference room was absolutely traumatic. But I think I will be ok.
