Nah. Metairie borders Nola. There are parts that you can drive through and not really even know that you've crossed the parish line. Mandeville is about a 40 minute drive. Jefferson Parish is much better run than Orleans Parish but I wouldn't put it in my top 200 places to live in the US

It's more similar to Nola culture. If you mean culcha, it's much better than Nola but not quite as favorable as Mandeville.

IF it was specifically talking about Old Metairie then I would agree. Anything outside Old Metairie/Metairie CC won't make any top list.
