Are you serious? The kind of "mental health" challenges drug use by pregnant women brings is far different than creating violent sociopaths. It creates physical and mental deformities in people where they aren't capable of even doing the things you are talking about. The majority of these people are either too physically handicapped to operate a gun. Or too mentally deficient to plan or understand something like you are saying.
It has much more to do with the way they are raised or the stability of family units than it has to do with women being addicts while they are pregnant.

While there isn't one specific thing that is causing mental illness, this is definitely a big contributor.
And I am sure there are different types of drugs that work on different people, they just have to try until they find the right one. And I would think having to try different types of meds have some type of impact on chemical imbalance
How easy is it for someone to get a prescription for something like Xanax? Over time I would imagine that would have some type of negative impact on the chemical imbalance of the brain.
