I've had plenty of minor cries since my daughter was born.
But the last real emotional cry was during the Little Rock Marathon about 3 years ago.
I was running next to a blind man and his brother and we were running across the river, and the brother told his blind brother that we were crossing the bridge, and the blind brother asked "what does it look like" and the other brother simply said "its beautiful brother, its beautiful"
and I don't know if it was the endorphins or what but I broke down next to them. It was a just quiet, small moment that I just happened to be a part of and it got to me.

MG you're such a tough guy.
I'm a tough guy because I cried at the birth of my kids? What the hell is wrong with you?

That isn;'t healthy. I start thinking about my grandpa and I will cry in 2-3 minutes.
I think it totally depends on the person. My dad died when I was 14 and I had been to dozens of funerals for (mostly older) friends and family by then. My views may make me seem like I'm jaded but I can, and usually do, find a silver lining in things other people think I should be sad about.

Whenever I lost a pet, my parents are still living but I know that day will come. Lost my best friend July 4th weekend 2013.

Last time I ran a marathon. After getting divorced I kept trying to keep positive things and new challenges in my life. For 6 months I trained everyday for a marathon (was never a runner), ran my goal time, then two hours later was sitting at home by myself with the same empty feeling I had when I started so had a good cry. I guess you can call that a 'frustration with life' cry so I must be a pussy.

Crying doesn't make you less of a man.
Telling people you cry does.
Telling people you cry does.

When I had to put my dog down about 8 years ago. She was a good girl. Before that, at the Super Bowl in New Orleans after 9/11. When U2 played at halftime, they had a huge screen that scrolled the names of all the people who died in the attacks. It seemed to go on forever. It moved me to tears. That is the only time in my adulthood that I have ever cried in public.

I cried a little last night after yelling at my son for the tenth time in 5 days. Although I had my reasons (talking back to my wife), the little guy looked like he had his spirit broken.

Obviously a bunch of truth ITT.
Cried when my childhood friend/neighbor's little brother ODd and passed away in early November. Felt really heartbroken for him.
Cried again when I passed said childhood friend's house when I went home for Christmas.
Cried listening to my 87 year old grandfather tell everyone in our family individually how proud he was of everything we had accomplished in our lives a few days after Christmas.
Teared up a good bit at the finish line of a marathon I was spectating at some of the people crossing the finish line (older people, guy carrying an American flag, guy with no legs, etc.)

The Terminator: Why do you cry?
John Connor: You mean people?
The Terminator: Yes.
John Connor: I don't know. We just cry. You know, when it hurts.
The Terminator: Pain causes it?
John Connor: No, it's when there's nothing wrong with you, but you hurt anyway. You get it?
The Terminator: No.

Last summer. I had some really bad shite happen. I cried a few times and it had been many years since I'd cried. I couldn't even remember the last time.
