For men peeing, it's actually more hygienic to not watch your hands in the bathroom if you don't touch anything other than your body. There have been tests done on people's hands where they use a petri dish to see how much more bacteria ends up on hands when people touch faucets, paper towels, etc after peeing.
I say this as something of a germophobe. I generally wash my hands anyway because they are dirty before using the bathroom, but if they are already clean and I go to pee, I just walk out and don't touch anything.

MOST men wash their hands when someone else is in the bathroom.

This thread just lowered my estimation of the IQ on this board.
You don't have to piss on your hands for it to be dirty. When you piss, especially in a urinal, there are micro splashes that you cannot feel that land all around the area. When you flush, millions of particles are ejected containing bacteria. If you are dumb enough to think that microbes have to be felt to be present, then I feel very sorry for you.

Honestly. My dick is cleaner than the faucet handles and soap dispenser. I usually carry my own sanitizer.
