Men of the OT, who is the one that got away?

For those who are in LTR, who was the one that got away because of timing/ other circumstances?
Mine would be AK from 8th grade. I had to move else would have asked her out. Didn’t have phones or AOL so don’t know where she is now

I was coming out of Rouses with groceries and one of those 2.5 gallon spring water jugs with the spigot that you put in your fridge in a basket. Evidently it started to leak, where this hot little blond, in her twenties, comes across the parking lot to tell me that it's leaking. My dumb arse doesn't get her name or her phone number.
This was in the 90's, always bothers me I didn't pull the trigger...

She did not get "away". She finished her MBA at LSU and I left for grad school out of state. We both are married with kids, and she is out there killing it. We split up on good terms.
I am happy how everything worked out, and she is too.

I like to say my hs crush, but I don’t think I ever really had a chance with her to be anything but a friend, and I blew that part, too.
