Being a white professional, other than run, I reserve my right to be completely prick anytime I feel like with any cop judge or person. (I really try to be polite and professional but I don’t like being yelled at by anyone. )

I mean, it wasn't for 5 minutes straight but in video 3 the bodycam footage, after the cop pepper sprays himself in the face and walks it off for a bit, he comes back to the pile pissed off and says "watch out, I'm gonna baton the frick out of him" and then him and a fellow officer both proceed to wail on Nichol's face/ head with their batons while the other officers hold him down

I think cops need to learn it’s human reaction to protect your body and head. So after giving someone 1,000 volts of lighting, you can’t kick and punch them all over and scream “stop resisting”

That’s what sort of transpired with major police brutality incidents though. No one has to defend violence, just know what has happened in history. This particular incident should also present a strong case for the end of qualified immunity. Qualified immunity is what has allowed these type of cops to be comfortable with conducting these kind of heinous acts. They never had to worry about any significant accountability for the most part.

That was a rough stretch around the 3:00 ish minute mark of the second video where he was just being held up and punched repeatedly. He seemed well under control before the barrage of punches from that one officer.
