You would think that after 12/15/22 someone would think "I see a trend. Maybe we should look a little bit more into what's going on with this kid".

When Stalin took power in the USSR, one of the first things he did was open the jails and let the criminals terrorize everyone so the people would willingly surrender more of their freedoms to get the crime back under control.
Same thing is happening in big blue cities all across this country right now.

He's being used by adults because hes a juvie and won't face as stiff as criminal penalties as they would. Happens all the time in inner city gang life.

He`s part of the catch and release program.
He should have been taken away from whoever has custody of him a long time ago and incarcerated.
If the government takes the kids away and cuts off the checks, the incentive for having babies for the government checks would be greatly reduced.
The mamas have these babies and let them run wild in the streets and they are rewarded with a check from the government.

How does an 11 year old do all of that? When I was 11 my interests involved fishing, riding my go kart and bicycle and playing baseball

This kid was coached and taught to do these things. Ghetto culture encourages it. They use kids to do the dirty work because
1. Less resistance by the victims. People don’t want to shoot or fight a child
2. Lighter sentences and the adults are too pussy to face prison so they get kids to do it knowing the kid will get out of juvie at 18.
Imo the parent or legal guardian of kids this bad should be accountable in some way
