I don’t understand her grievance. She is a woman, openly gay, in an allowable relationship, employed, liberal, progressive and has multi colored hair - all without persecution.
The only issue of which I am aware involves suits she and others have filed against USA Soccer regarding the discrepancy in pay between the male and female teams. Even in that situation, she is freely exercising a right to pursue a legal remedy for that which she feels aggrieved.
She has no real issue aside from the pay discrepancy. The rest is just OMB.

Some people have surpassed taking themselves too seriously and have moved on to having a messiah mentality.
I so long for a return to humility and people focusing on themselves instead of trying to change the world, which they never will. Every bit of this is inevitably going to be an effort in futility, and just another sad chapter in life for wasting a wonderful moment on complete nonsense.
That being said, if the purpose is solely to bring attention to yourself and feed your own ego, then mission accomplished.
