He’s a little outlaw for sure. Congrats and enjoy.

Can he see with that right eye? Curious if it's damaged or just blue.

I believe it means he's deaf in the ear on the same side. I had a dog that had 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye and the vet said he was deaf on the blue eye side.

Here are his two siblings, who look a little different

They definitely have a working dog look to them. If he activates sport mode you better hold on. Looks like he could sprint 10 miles as a warmup to the day.

Great looking pup.

Yeah I just find it odd that one of his siblings (posted above) looks totally different - that’s what makes it so hard to identify

It looks like they have catahoula in them. They can be yellow, and often have that one blue eye and looks like the yellow one has too. But yours definitely looks like one.

Maybe Catahoula/German Shepherd? I just don’t see any German Shepherd in the little yellow one. Oh well, guess a dog DNA test is in the works.

We adopted a catahoula mix for my son when he was a kid. She was the most hyper dog I’ve ever seen. Smart as a tac as well. But she turned out to be quite aggressive, which from what I understand is not the norm for this breed. With us she was great. But if she didn’t know you, she wasn’t about to let you close to the yard. We live in a subdivision full of kids so we had to get rid of her. It worked out though because my brother is a softy for dogs, lives on the country, and has plenty of land for her to run. She’s getting older now but from what I can tell hasn’t slowed up a bit.

Mogwai. Don't feed him after midnight, and don't let him get wet. Seriously, he looks part German Shepherd and part Husky or Aussie.
Catahoula seems more likely now that I think about it.

After seeing the other 2, I am going to say Lab/catahoula mix since you have black and yellow littermates.

Do they have webbed toes and is the yellow one taken?

Dogs from the same litter can have more than one father.

If you cover up the long part of the legs that looks a lot like a dachsund with the shape of body, ears, and nose.

Definitely thought this as well, but dismissed because of the long parts of its legs
