Honestly not a bad idea. Those parks get packed, and nothing worse than someone all up in your space.

The Bay Area, minus the Bay Area residents, would be paradise on earth.

You are much less likely to get murdered in the Bay area than New Orleans/Baton Rouge. That's a demographic thing.

On the other hand, most people here in the Bay area live like sardines. I'm not a fan. I'd rather have a yard.
