To be fair, the burden of proof is not on him once he claims self defense.

fairly certain the burden of proof is on the prosecution
at least that's how our constitution is written

I know in the constitution it says you are innocent until proven guilty. Unfortunatley police and prosecuters DO not believe that at all. How many times have you heard "He was acquitted he was not found innocent" after a trial?
When police arrest you and put you in jail they consider you guilty. When they call roll at night and read charges they cast judgements, innocent or not. They don't ask "have you ever been convicted of a crime" when you are pulled over, they ask "have you ever been arrested"?
So we need to really realize that the "innocent until proven guilty" mantra is false. You are guilty if the state says you are until you can prove otherwise, and even after you prove otherwise they can still act like you are a criminal.

What doesn that incident have to do with JM chasing Gasser down, exiting his vehicle and approaching a man that boxed in sitting in his car at a red light?
Is all of JM's fights and traffic violations now relevant as well?

If nothing ever comes of this for Gasser, that 2006 incident is going to be gasoline for the Shaun Kings of the world.
FWIW I hate that son of a bitch.

And it was dismissed. That might have relevance

February 2006? People were doing crazy shite all over the area then. Not excusing it (and it could certainly point to this guy being a sort of hothead), I'm just saying.

Napoleon brings up a good point. Two road rage incidents. One where you beat someone up and ended up with a misdemeanor that was ultimately dismissed, the other where your shot someone dead in the street, and neither of them resulted in more than 18 hours of jail time. I'm not sure if he's incredibly lucky or unlucky.

LOL bc an incident a decade ago had any bearing on yesterday? You think the cops didn't know this when they let him walk? This is the media leaking things just to rile up the libtards like yourself. Yesterday's incident was about two hotheads butting heads, and joe took things too far and mr gasser retaliated, im 100% confident in what I've said all day and you will see as more info comes out.

Yeah 6 months after Katrina, there was some crazy shite going on at that time.

why do you keep bringing politics into this? Pretty sure 90% of the people you are arguing with voted for the same guy you did.
