The JCC guys I know swear he lives or he has family on Lennox which is a popular street for well to do black people in Algiers.

It's one way in/out backed by a golf course.

This previous road rage incident is certainly interesting, although it doesn't necessarily change whether or not this was a justified shooting.

does anyone's opinion change because the fact that Gasser once beat a man up for calling to complain on his bad driving came to light?

Sounds like a POS. At least when someone calls me to complain about my driving I act like I wasn't the one driving and am super courteous.

I think someone mentioned he actually doesn't live too far from there.

Damn really. I honestly had no idea. I did read somewhere that he thought he was about to get signed by the Vikings.

Terrible situation all the way around.

Justifiable or not, the last thing I would ever want to do is take someone's life.

two road rage incidents tossed out and yet there are people Newell locked up for pot who wait a week to see a judge?

C'mon man.

Also Gasser has to have pull with a judge or something. I'm kind of convinced.

As I stated earlier, I believe Gasser did something to piss JM off bad enough to make JM want to drag him out of his car and beat the shite out of him. Looks like I was right.

You don't get the benefit of the doubt with that history. Fair is fair. He should be in jail till trial.

Yeah it is. I heard he had some sort of pro day on the horizon, but with all of these rumors lately, who knows.

Doesn't change the fact that he may have thought his life was threatened and acted accordingly.

The previous road rage incident definitely needs to be updated in the OP cliffs. It is relevant at this point considering the limited information we have.

Will smiths killer followed Smith, got out if his car and approached an unarmed Smith and shot him in the back as well as his unarmed wife sitting in the passenger seat.

Much different secnario.

He likely exited De Gaulle for one of three reasons

1) He had business in Algiers, which he aborted due to the situation.

2) After the initial incident he took the first exit off the CCC, to get away from the situation.

3) He followed McKnight off the exit.

I'm sure the police asked him where he was going. As he was leaving Algiers he was going in the direction of his address.

I'm beginning to lean towards the driver being charged. Not murder, but reckless Homicide.

In a road rage, which it seems like he likes to be part of, you cannot shoot some one because they come to your car.

Now, had this Football player dude reached in and was choking him, etc, then it changes. Walking up to a car yelling does not equate to shooting to kill.

Just my opinion And like assholes, we all have them.

We at least know he is a loose cannon. Burden of proof is on him
