you are too, assuming that gasser was the aggressor. Look this may be the rare exception, which is always a possibility, but I find it incredibly hard to believe that the man with the gun, gasser, got out first, mcknight saw the gun and still got out. The way it all sounds, mcknight was the first man out, and gasser grabbed his gun and got out. Why would mcknight emerge from his car if he saw gasser grab his gun and come out? Even assuming gasser got out first and the gun was hidden, why would joe mcknight get out of his car period? Either way joe was looking for a fight, and you dont bring fists to a gun fight.

nobody deserves to die but wtf is one to do if someone wants to fight you and harm you. Again there is no time for 911 and waiting for the cops to sort it out. Gasser has a right to go home to his family too and he defended himself. Slackster, let me guess, you voted bernie or hillary, there is no way on earth you didnt, right?

Good point. I still don't trust someone with a belt clip for essentially a tablet, but if they have the clip AND they're younger than 40, the chances they've committed a violent felony are incredibly high.

Reporter was at the scene of the camera this morning. Yes it is a little ways but I assume they have ability to zoom
