reminds me of a restaurant that opened a bit back here in Birmingham called Big Bad Breakfast.
the burger joint, hamburger heaven, started serving breakfast right after they opened and had Big Good Breakfast on their sign out front. was as lame as their food.

Bingo!
I don't particularly like Chic-fil-a's food. I think it is overpriced and bland. That said, I will continue to be a customer because they are efficient and their service is top notch. They've earned my business because unlike many fast food places, they actually give a shite about earning the business of their customers

I had not eaten at McDonalds in over two years. I bought a quarter pounder and fries one day and ate all of it quickly. My head was over the toilet later on ready to vomit. Stomach was not used to that greasy fatty food.

Because there are times where I need to just grab a quick meal. If the decision was based strictly on quality of the food, then I wouldn't choose ANY fast food option, including CFA. However, because my primary objective in choosing a fast food option is speed and efficiency over everything else, I will gladly pay a little more for relatively mundane food at CFA than unnecessarily waiting around at another fast food establishment simply because their workers/owners don't give even the slightest of shits about meeting my primary objective, getting me the food quickly and efficiently.
I'm not going to ANY fast food place because I'm expecting to get a great meal. I just want to eat and quickly move on. CFA does that better than anywhere else.

I'm a little upset with chick fil a. I made the realization my last trip that they have really reduced the amount of chicken biscuit you get.

You CLEARLY Haven't had the Hot n Spicy McChicken Biscuit for $1. Those are the best value overall for any chicken biscuit ever, besides Krispy Krunchy gas station chicken tender biscuits.
