So this mayor based on this article
1) Uses his vehicle as a weapon to keep the town under control even though he's not an LEO
2) Coerces the townsfolk to get him access to teen girls bedrooms.
I think he thinks he's more than mayor, he apparently things he's czar of the town.
Id love to psychoanalyze this guy and see how he thinks, operates and acts.

The only part of the Ohio statute that could apply is (A).
Section 2907.08 Ohio Revised Code
(A) No person, for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying the person's self, shall commit trespass or otherwise surreptitiously invade the privacy of another, to spy or eavesdrop upon another.
Was it his home? Did he trespass or have a right to be there? Did he spy or eavedrop on her? Did she have an expectation of privacy that applied to her belongings there? Would have to prove his "purpose" was sexual, beyond a reasonable doubt. Perhaps he was checking to see if the undies should be tossed into the laundry? And if LE thought she was sexually interested by her video of him sniffing her planted undies, then she could be charged. Not defending creepiness, just seems a bit overreach to make a headline. The SVU protecting underwear from abuse.

Yeah there’s some pretty big gaps in this reporting. This is creeper behavior but unless he was trespassing or something, I feel like they’ll have a hard time getting charges to stick.
