No, that was a different couple. The chicken throwers were the couple that Barney brought in while Andy was having a bad day. 10 dollars or 10 days in jail. If you got chickens to throw, you got chickens to sell.

It is tough making a small town work these days with transportation having made everywhere "closer". You have to have somewhere for people to work but not too much where you attract the wrong people or too many people. Then you are vulnerable to the big employer being bought out and effed up.
