I keep thinking of things then valid points are brought up lol, i just like thinking of scenarios even though all of them are highly unlikely

Ok, I’ll give you that... but he did say

but I am a firearm enthusiast with a solid background on firearms acoustics and professionally part of my job deals with acoustics, acoustics attenuation, and acoustic testing to industry standards. I do this math every day and because I deal with noise attenuation I am familiar with how sound travels and is generated.
So he knows more about acoustics than 99% of the board

The morons in the FBI probably thought they had these guys cordoned off in a suite at the end of the hall.
Yeah that's not good enough.
Who the frick just hands someone a dozen loaded rifles? No way. At minimum you keep the ammo and weapons separate, right?
There's too much set up, planning, etc... for this to be a simple gun deal gone wrong.

Has it been theorized yet that this guy got his initial investment $ from his daddy's "trust fund"?

I hear ya man, but with all due respect, I don’t think any of us on TD will be able to crack this case
Tragedy aside, it has been interesting to keep up with, to say the least

Wasn't the window in the other room the 2nd window to have been broken and the hammer is in the other room closer to first window?

If i had to guess out a the past couple hundred pages somebody has stated what actually happened but we would never know the truth i dont think....I think we have discussed just about every short/far fetched scenario out there...The sheriff backtracking on his timeline and the phone discussion really got the thread going

another thing that makes me Q the "crazy old dude" theory is Jesus Campos
IF its just simply a "crazy old dude" - then why the f are we not hearing more from this hero?
very odd to me.

well i know those casings around hammer were shot after hammer was down... he didn't re-place hammer down after those casings were fired. Why couldn't he use stock of rifle than fricking hammer. So many damn questions.

Or he broke window 1 then window 2 carried the hammer back because he was going to shoot out of window 1 first...But realistically why the frick would you break two when the point of view from the corner was better in the first place and the chance of getting called on for busting your windows out of your room seems high, yes it is vegas at 10 at night but there is a report of the person in the room underneath him hearing bullet casing hitting his window (Which does not seem right at all, seems like he would have to be hanging the whole gun out of the window unless they were bouncing off of something and falling out of the window), why didnt that guy call anybody
If you stay in one window then you have more time to shoot, i would like to see a picture of the second room and see if there is bullet casings on the ground

Just stfu already. Yea, very hard to prove if someone who strategically planned this was mentally ill or not. Guess he stayed in a room all by himself for the past year with no social contact.
You think people have to act "crazy" to be mentally ill? I could put you in a room for 3 hours with 10 people previously diagnosed with mental disorders, and you would come out thinking you spent 3 hours with 10 perfectly normal people. There are hundreds of mental disorders, with hundreds more sub types, with thousands of variations and manifestations, and the only way we know if someone suffering from most of them is if they tell us what is going on in their head. So until you spend a few thousand hours working in a mental health setting you can STFU.

Whoever staged the room, you know the one that laid the rifle over his dead leg could have also placed the hammer at the scene

In the Garland Texas case, the undercover FBI agent had told the terrorists to "lay waste to Texas" or some shite.

So far, debunking the ISIS setup/gunrunning setup theory we have:
-Hammer found at the scene (presumably brought to breakout the windows that were.........broken out i.e. premeditated)
-Note with what we are told are trajectory calculations (leads to premeditation)
-What we are told is proof of legal purchases of most if not all of the firearms at the scene by Paddock
-No known ties (yeah I know....that we've been told) to ISIS or other extremist groups
-No video evidence or corroborated witness statements of middle eastern looking males fleeing the upper floors of the hotel
What am I missing?
