that actually would surprise me that much. I mean I'm sure we sell gun to all kinds of enemies
what seems impossible is that ISIS members could do the shooting and escape the building, all the while being recorded on god knows how many cameras and it somehow doesn't get leaked by a single person

Well, technically... Those guns WERE used to kill US citizens including a border agent.
That said, I don't believe the FBI was running guns to ISIS. But, to be honest, wouldn't actually surprise me.
