I read this as the “disappearing marriages”, and it didn’t sound wrong in my head.

Regarding question 3. She is not friended with our son on any of the accounts.

1) Fiance has it, sends snaps to her friends/family
2) See above, I don't have one installed anymore
3) No kids yet, kids will probably have dumb phones until Junior Year of HS
4) Are they running a business, charity, or side hustle? Did they have multiple accounts before the relationship started? Are they using one just to view company snaps (I have both an extra FB and extra Instagram purely for breweries/hobbies)?
5) I would probably ask some questions, because it's a bit shady, but my fiance and I have open lines of communication and I trust her.

Yeah your wife is using it to cheat on you. That’s not the apps fault, just how she got caught.

1. I used to, my husband has never had Snapchat.
2. I used to take pics/videos of my kids with the filters and send it to my brother.
3. Kids don’t have it, never had it. I don’t have it anymore.
4. No
5. That would be funny because he’s not very tech savvy. But by some chance he did succeed in having multiple accounts - I’d want to know why.

I must be a nerd.
I use the map feature a few times a year.
1) to look at places I may visit in vacation. I've picked up some cool things to do that way.
2) when something crazy goes down, like when the Ukraine war started, it was interesting to see people post what was going on.
Unfortunately there's also like 80% people driving in their cars

I have it because for some reason my cousin and his 50 year old gf will ONLY message on there. Even if you send them a text, they’ll reply on Snapchat. She’s weird af tho.

My guy, I feel your pain. I experienced something similar in the past. I also have a buddy in the same boat.
Multiple accounts is a big flag and the lying by omission around it is the biggest flag of all.

Congrats on the divorce

I have it but rarely ever use it
I either call/text or for video, Marco Polo, with the wife and children

Thanks everyone for the replies.
She's making me feel like I'm crazy/controlling etc. which is clearly gaslighting and I know it, but it does a number on you and makes you second guess reality. The support is greatly appreciated here.

Your instincts are usually correct in these situations

Wife's friend was asking if her husband using Snapchat was weird. I immediately told her people use it for cheating most of the time if they're married. Two years later... they're in divorce proceedings. The dude was hiring underage hookers for sex

Also sending dick pics to my wife while she’s working

What's that? Because if a grown man asks me for my snapchat I'm going to lol hard because that is a huge red flag.

I hope she’s not a teacher.

I've seen this movie before. She's trying to make you feel guilty to justify her own actions.

There is absolutely ZERO reason for married people and/or kids or teens to have snapchat
You’re basically helping them hide shite from you
