Divorced men of the ot will say
you better damn well be sure you're sure. I'll say this, it's so very important that she
gets along with your family. If not, you better be careful.
Good luck.

My wife hates her family and loves mine. Works out great for me. Never any argument over who we visit this year.

Wise words.....not saying it COULDN'T work out....but a whole hell of a lot easier if she likes your family and vice versa

Yeah its important if you love your family.
If it's like you say, it doesn't matter at all.

When she showed me the positive pregnancy test.
Just kidding. She's a single mom.

I knew within a month, but didn't act on it for almost a year. I was 35, getting fatter and uglier, she was very easy on the eyes, could cook like a champ, and obviously psychotic for hanging around with me, so I closed the deal. Been almost 10 years, and quite content with my decision. She's still psychotic though.

They were all "the one". I just had to find someone who liked me.

Some of us get lucky. She got pregnant at 17 and we got married. 21 years later and going strong. So i guess i knew she was the one when i knocked her up.

We started dating at the end of Feb. that summer we were both taking summer school at OM. I went there all the time she went to Samford but would take summer courses in Oxford.
We had been discussing her transferring to OM but her parents were against it. Sometime that summer she told me she made her decision to NOT transfer. Absolutely broke my heart. I knew at that moment because of how hard it hit me that she was the one. So we dated another year 2 and a half years long distance then got married after I graduated from OM. Been married a little over 3 years now. Had our first child 2 months ago.
Also she has always told me she knew I was the one about 4 months in. We were at my parents for 4th of July and I was playing with some of my cousins kids that were around 1-2 years old. And she said that's when she knew she wanted to marry me.

There are two "you knows" in a marriage, you realize that right?
When she's the one, and when you have to leave.
When she's the one, and when you have to leave.

The correct OT response is:
When she said "PIIMB".
When she said "PIIMB".

After traveling around the world a couple times, I was ready. Besides that, I kind of was rush into growing up early in life. I join the Marine Corps at 17 and went in after I finished high school mid term.
