Marilyn Manson, Twiggy Ramirez, and Wayne Gacy appear on Donahue
I love looking back at this show and showing how out of touch the older generation was with the Gen Y kids. Forward to the 23 minute mark

...MM's best album, imo, along with a Portrait of an American Family.

Antichrist Superstar was the peak for me. Mechanical animals was ok for what it was, an obvious bowie rip off with great production.

This guy is laughing all the way to the bank. He's not a stupid guy.

No shite. Pretty smart way of doing it. He's made a killing just by being "different".

I taped this. Wish I had a vcr to watch it on.
This was the only time I recall hearing Madonna speak.

He was a great self promoter back then. Always kept his name in the news going on a bunch of talk shows, releasing his book, put out a ton of videos, etc.

Yeah for a while he was everywhere. Promoted the shite out of his brand. They blew up quickly and any publicity was good publicity for him.

My question would be, how did you end up watching that video exactly?

Manson's no idiot. I've seen that interview before. He makes a lot of sense.

Yeah, he's not stupid. Even if you don't agree with him, he's still intelligent. Respect

Donahue is a piece of shite and much more morally bankrupt than a fricking rock musician. Manson became the scapegoat for parental neglect.

Those morons were too stupid and ultraconservative in their own minds that they couldn't even understand it. lol

Damn that's a skinny dude.

This whole thing is cringeworthy and so dated. This talk show guy sucks.

Holy shite, I graduated from LSU a long time ago!

I'm an old dude but always liked him. Smart dude with a good sense of humor.
