I never would have guessed CenturyLink in a million years

They're a Fortune 100 company.

The Mecca is really gonna suck when CL pulls up stakes and rolls out.

I probably would have guessed Amazon for WA. They’ve been killing it, while MS has been on a slight decline.

You sure about that?
Looks like they were 160 in 2017

Yeah I don't even know what they do without googling

I had my smartass remark fired up and ready to go for the OP but, as of today, Microsoft does indeed have a higher market cap than Amazon.
They're neck and neck, though. One good day for Amazon and/or one bad day for Microsoft could bridge the difference

They're all from Tech and ULM, so ok?

That is how it goes. I work for a Fortune 1000 and most people have not heard of us.

I'm surprised that Johnson Controls is the biggest in a state with GM, Ford, and Chrysler. I guess it makes sense, but still.

I think you're looking at Wisconsin.

Does that include their aquisition of Level 3? They may not be Fortune 100 anymore, but they used to be and I assumed they were again after that merger. Either way, they're huge and 1 of 2 publice companies in the state.
ETA: they're the 3rd biggest telecom company in the US behind AT&T and Verizon.

Well, they have Illinois wrong.
Boeing's current market cap (~$201B) is about 50% higher than McDonald's (~$137B).
I would have also thought Walgreen's would have been higher than McDonald's, and they do kill them in revenue, but McDonald's has a stronger market cap.

Might be a little old. Boeing has been one of the best performing stocks in the market over the past year
