Dipshit.

Clowns like this shouldn't own firearms.

Nah, I'd be right in the cell next to him and would never feel a bit of guilt about it.

I'm sure you'll get all the jailhouse respect for shooting at juveniles armed with toilet paper

DA in JD parish has been in office for a year and a half and hasn’t taken a single case to trial. I’m pretty sure Roderick will enter pretrial diversion and pay a hefty fine but have this incident removed from his record with the quickness.

How unusual is that? I remember hearing she was under qualified for the job.

Eh, that’s insane. Is there a situation where this is a valid legal outcome. Yes. You can’t just kill peoples because you want to and they happen to be on your property.

Considering that it’s one of the main talking points she used to get the office…. They typically have 7 jury terms per year so they’ve had about 10 or so chances to make it happen. I know of at least two cases originally charged with murder that were pled down to 12 and 10 years. One has an admissible confession…

I'm assuming that if he is 71 this was completely random by the teens and not in retaliation for something a kid of his did

so

frick dem kids, he is not guilty if I am on the jury

If she is avoiding trials because she’s not confident in her ability to prosecute, that’s kind of a big scandal.
