Man who fathered child with daughter has killed them both.

Katie Pladl, 20, was found dead in Connecticut along with her adoptive father Thursday
Her biological father-turned-husband Steven Pladl, 43, committed suicide in New York
Steven and Katie's infant son Bennett was found deceased by police in North Carolina the same morning
Pladl and his 20-year-old daughter got married and had the baby last year
They were arrested in January on charges of incest, adultery and contributing to delinquency of a minor
They became romantically involved after reconnecting in 2016 when she was 18
Katie had been put up for adoption as a baby by Pladl and his ex-wife Alyssa
When Katie got back in touch with them, his marriage with Alyssa failed
Their incest was discovered in disturbing journal entries by Katie's sibling

man, there are some unbelievably fricked up people in this world. I deal with police officers a good bit for work and they regularly comment on how unbelievably fricked up people are.
